Our team members, Architect Katherine Hernández and Alexander de Jesús, attended the presentation of the Verón–Punta Cana Land Use and Development Plan (POT), a key initiative aimed at promoting more organized, sustainable, and balanced growth in one of the fastest-growing areas of the Dominican Republic.
This plan will establish the foundations for organizing land use, protecting environmentally valuable areas, and guiding the residential, tourism, and commercial development of the region, ensuring that growth is accompanied by better planning and an improved quality of life.
