Cayacoa Group has formalized an agreement with FIDUCORP Servicios Fiduciarios Corporativos, S.A. for the fiduciary structuring of Caney Hábitat, its new residential project in Verón-Punta Cana. The incorporation of this trust structure reinforces the group’s commitment to transparent, secure, and professional management throughout the project’s development.
On August 12, 2026, Cayacoa Group’s General Manager, Jorge Ipas, formalized the agreement with FIDUCORP to move forward with the fiduciary structuring of Caney Hábitat, the new residential project the group will develop along the Verón-Bávaro Circunvalación.
The agreement marks a new milestone in the development of a project born with a clear purpose: to make first-home ownership more accessible to families and professionals in the Verón-Punta Cana area.
